1. Delivery within the country
Orders are shipped via GLS Courier, with the delivery cost displayed when placing the order.
For orders exceeding 350 lei, delivery is free.
We offer two delivery options:
1. STANDARD delivery time is 4-5 working days.
2. EXPRESS FEE option, where the order is shipped the same day or the next working day.
Express fee is 10 lei and ensures priority processing.
Both options are available after entering delivery details.
*Note: Express fee does not include transport.
2. Delivery within Europe
Delivery is carried out according to the information presented on this page.
3. Product Returns
Since the products are personalized, they cannot be returned.
You can request a refund if the products do not meet quality standards due to our fault.
This must be done within 2 days of receiving the package, with proof (video/photo) of the quality issue.
After verification and refund approval, the product value will be transferred to the client’s account within 14 working days.
For non-personalized product returns, a return shipping fee of 15 lei is charged.
The amount will be refunded to the account minus the return shipping cost, after receiving and verifying the returned products.
They must meet quality standards to be resold. Otherwise, only the value of the compliant products will be refunded.
